Can I use google forms without a google account?
I've disabled the auto-save feature so not even a draft will be stored in your account in any way, making it completely anonymous in every small possible way without having to access the form using private browsing.

yes, just open the forms and submit the content, you don't need an account for that

oh no! sorry to hear that, in the future I'll add some content warnings for those ones that would like to see them to avoid (unpleasant) surprises below the chapter names so you can skip them if they don't appeal to you, thx for the feedback!
I actually hate content warnings too. They often spoil an entire work. Don't change anything. ...Or, maybe give me an option of choosing a different girl over her. Eh, closing a game is faster for everyone.
